Our client is looking for an experienced Benefits and Compensation Director to join their Human Resources Team. 5+ years of experience working in the area of benefits and compensation management in a corporate Human Resources setting is required. Our client is open to various industries including: financial services CPG pharma and professional services. A Bachelor’s Degree is required Masters Degree highly preferred.
